Worked on a team of 65+ people, and corresponded with Production, artists, and the studio. Maintained production calendar. Compiled, ensured accuracy, and distributed show credits. Completing expense reports as per DTVA procedures. Timely formatting of ADR scripts for records. Utilized Microsoft Office, Final Draft, Box, Adobe Acrobat, SAP and Concur.

Aided with the construction, bookkeeping, and moving of furniture and office decor. Checked that furniture arrangements were up to code in the age of COVID19. Helped with the day to day operations of the production facilities.

Maintain the media management/back up process for all promotional elements and projects. Shoot footage archival support/media management. Atlanta Film Society (ATLFS)

Operations Intern | 2019

Worked alongside the Operations Manager and Operations Director to assist in organizing and communicating with volunteers, staging and scheduling upcoming screenings, workshops, and events; ex. Morehouse Human Rights Film Festival. Assisted in performing administrative and general office duties for the rest of the department. All of this was done in preparation leading up to the Atlanta Film Festival 2020, an event that brought in almost 30,000 people the year prior.

Content Strategy and Operations Intern | 2019

Produced pre-production digital and video content projects designed to engage the brand's target audience. Pre-production tasks included concept and pitch development, video transcription, making schedules and shot lists, and internal pitching. Acted as a Producer and Production Assistant on several advertisements and video series for the company's platform and content to be pitched to larger companies, like Airbnb, to generate funding. Worked with outside production companies to supervise the standard of production on behalf of doqxD.

Production Manager | 2021

Worked on a team of 20 people, and corresponded with Director and leads, along with all the animators on this 2D animation and live-action hybrid project. Assisted with artist check-ins, problem-solving, and general scheduling for deadlines. Performed tasks such as inputting data and updating artists along the pipeline. Utilized Google Drive, Discord and Airtable.

Marketing Coordinator | 2020

Marketing Coordinator for the SCAD Atlanta pilot, "What Remains of Emily." Aid in creating electronic press kits, developing posters, and develop a distribution strategy including researching television and film festivals.

"The Shutdown Process" - SCAD Undergraduate Thesis Film

Producer | 2019-2020

Worked with the Director, crew and cast directly to create this short film. Helped in editing the script, casting, location locking, and finding crew. Corresponded with location owners, cast and crew about expectations.

"Bilbo and the Legend of The Last Living Cow" - SCAD Graduate Thesis Film

Co-Producer | 2019-2020

Collaborated with the Directors, Writers, and other Producers to create this short film with HOCA Studio. Corresponded with both key department heads and other crew members on a cast and crew of 80 about expectations creatively and logistically. Helped oversee the budget alongside the Line Producer. Assisted in location scouting, script editing, and casting. Helped produce and act in promotional campaign material.

"What's After" - SCAD School of Entertainment Arts Pilot

Line Producer | 2019

Worked on a team with 60-plus cast and crew members from various majors and school departments. Worked heavily with UPM, all Department Heads and Department Coordinators from preproduction to end of post production on SCAD Atlanta's first pilot. Created budget drafts, responding to shifting production circumstances and budget limitations. Coordinated with all departments to set budgetary expectations. Manage all logistics requiring monetary support, such as: equipment rentals, meals, production design materials procurement, wardrobe purchasing, and transportation costs.

"Escape" - SCAD Animation Thesis Film

Worked on a team of 25 plus people, and corresponded with Producer and Director, along with all the animators on this 3D plus 2D animation project. Assisted with artist check-ins, problem-solving and general scheduling for deadlines. Also performed tasks such as inputting data and updating artists along the pipeline.

"Take Me Out" - SCAD Fashion Film

Producer | 2019

Recruited talent and crew of more than 35 people and scouted locations. Assisted with crew and talent management, such as overseeing the producing team's adherence to schedule, and managing catering and craft services. This film is a proof of concept to increase student resources in SCAD Atlanta's film department.

 

"Almost There" - SCAD Grad Film

Associate Producer | 2018

Worked on a team of 25 plus people, and corresponded with Producer and Director on location scouting and negotiations. Assisted the cast, Producer, and Director on this coming-of-age comedy short film to be pitched to film festivals.

 

"Kim's" - SCAD Grad Thesis Film

Associate Producer | 2018-2019

Collaborated with the Director/Writer with script writing and editing. Also managed catering and craft services, location scouting and negotiations, and general planning/organization and management of a team of 25 plus people. This movie is about a single Korean father going through his daily life when North Korea sends an attack and the impact on the treatment of him from others.

 

"Arcainium: The Thief" - SCAD Senior Game

Assistant Project Manager | 2018

Responsible for coordination between team members and Lead Developer, assistance with artist check-ins, deadline reminders, upcoming events/shows/submissions, and keeping track of completion of work/where the team is in pipeline.
